ATLANTA-A strip mall may be an odd locale for a new business pitch, but it was from that venue E. James White Co. of Herndon, Va., lured Government Technology Services Inc. (GTSI) to its client roster.
GTSI, a reseller of computer equipment to the federal government, contacted several undisclosed agencies about managing its $5 million advertising account. Before the business was pulled in-house several months ago, it resided at Mouncey Ferguson & Associates in Leesburg, Va.
