John Duban has been named president and chief executive officer of Grey’s office in Fort Worth, Texas.

Duban replaces president and chief executive officer Julie Wilson, who will step down next month after helping her successor adjust to his new role.

The management change is part of a planned transition that began with the sale of the former Regian & Wilson to Grey in January 1999. Last fall the agency’s name was changed to Grey Worldwide: Dallas/Fort Worth.

Founder Greg Regian left his management position with the company last year and is now involved in local property development.
