An ad whose basic message is “Wanted: Nude models,” doesn’t generally lend itself to the classiest of copy and art direction. Creatives at Young & Laramore in Indianapolis had that as their challenge when asked to do recruitment posters for The Atelier Studio Program of Fine Arts in Minneapolis, which of course has nonsalacioius reasons for needing unclothed men and women.

Y&L’s posters, put up on college campuses and in coffee houses around the Twin Cities, feature artfully penciled renderings of nude bodies and copy acknowledging that such modeling can be a bit awkward.
