DraftWorldwide has turned to a veteran Boston marketing executive and onetime auto dealer to head up its direct-marketing operation.

William Gorski, 40, joins the Chicago agency as director of direct marketing. He reports to U.S. president and COO Yvonne Furth.

Furth had been handling the duties that Gorski will now take on. Kevin Berg has a similar position to Gor ski’s, overseeing Draft’s promotions and experiential marketing divisions.

Prior to a stint at e-Dialog in Boston, Gorski was director of integrated marketing at Digitas, where he spent five years working on ac counts such as Xerox and General Motors.
