Tagg Romney has been appointed chief marketing officer for the Los Angeles Dodgers baseball club. In his new position, Romney will lead the strategic planning and implementation of the team's advertising, marketing and branding initiatives, as well as oversee in-game entertainment. Prior to joining the Dodgers, Romney served as Reebok's vice president of on-field marketing. In that role, he participated in the launch of Reebok's rebranding effort and was responsible for developing marketing partnerships with professional sports leagues. In 2002, Romney helped manage his father Mitt Romney's successful campaign for governor of Massachusetts. He also launched and sold Season Perks, a software design company that creates programs for pro sports teams to enable season ticket holders to manage and resell their tickets.
