CHICAGO-Following a review, DDB Worldwide, Chicago, has won creative and media duties on the $150 million ad account of Dell Computer Corp., Round Rock, Texas, sources said.
Dell officials could not be reached for comment late Wednesday.
Dell split with BBDO in New York in February. Lowe Lintas & Partners, the New York shop that handled creative and media for Dell's retail advertising, participated in the review along with Temerlin McClain in Irving, Texas and media shop Carat in New York.
Dell asked agencies to present a range of concepts using different media to relate to its various niche markets, according to sources
