Entertainment restaurant chain Dave & Buster’s is looking for a new creative agency for its estimated $6-10 million account, sources said last week.

It was not known at press time if the incumbent, BrannForbes in Dallas, would be invited to participate in any impending review. The agency launched Dave & Buster’s first national advertising campaign in June 2000.

D&B vice president of marketing Stuart Myers was unavailable to comment. BrannForbes officials were also unavailable.

Several agency sources, however, confirmed that the Dallas-based restaurant chain has recently requested capabilities information from several local shops.

Last year’s advertising campaign by BrannForbes carried the tagline “Big time fun” in a targeted appeal to 25- to 44-year-old males.
