Ann-Tyler Sangston has progressed to associate vice president and general manager at Carter Ryley Thomas. In addition to overseeing the shop’s Charlotte, N.C., office, Sangston’s main responsibility will be account service for Nextel. She previously worked at the agency’s Richmond, Va., office, leading several accounts, including Advil, Wright Brothers National Memorial and the University of Virginia’s Department of Intercollegiate Athletics. Scott Davila has rejoined the Richmond office as associate vice president and new business director on CRT’s corporate practice.
