BOSTON Cashman & Katz has launched a holiday campaign for the Connecticut Lottery’s scratch ticket games, marking the agency’s first integrated effort on the client’s behalf since it won the high-profile business in June.

“Tender Moment,” a 30-second TV spot, presents a happy couple on Christmas Eve. The man offers his girlfriend a small gift box, giving the impression that she is getting an engagement ring. Upon opening the box, however, she finds a coin, which the man proudly explains is a rare 1913 Buffalo Head Nickel.
