Communications 21 Has Big Boots to Fill

ATLANTA Altama Footwear has tapped Communications 21 to create an advertising campaign to increase brand sales, the shop said.

After a recent review against undisclosed shops, Communications 21 in Atlanta was selected to market the footwear company's large-size, Sierra and Sahara boot lines.

Sources at Altama, also in Atlanta, said that the focus of the new campaign would be to "show consumers the quality craftsmanship that goes into manufacturing Altama boots." The manufacturer of combat, work and hiking footwear also wants to show that these high-performance boots are comfortable enough for everyday wear.

Sources at Communications 21 said that the shop's partners and graphic designers would provide the strategy behind the company's new initiative, launching later this month with a worldwide marketing and media campaign.

Campaign spending was undisclosed.
