Integrated marketing communications firm CMD has named Ted Morgan account supervisor for the Hewlett-Packard team, Mike Terry account executive for The Running Y and Novell, and Glenn Eastman technical director for various accounts. Morgan, 32, joins the Portland, Ore.-based company from Koopman Ostbo, where he was director of account service and account manager. Terry, 31, was previously manager for Thiftway markets while Eastman, 33, had been an independent Web and media development consultant.
