ATLANTA Three senior managers of Clarke Advertising are buying the shop from its founder and chairman, Tim Clarke, the agency said.

Bill Pierson, president of the agency, Patricia Courtois, vice president of account services, and Art Mahoney, director of business development, will take over ownership of the independent Sarasota, Fla., shop on Jan. 3. Clarke, 60, will work as a consultant to the agency for the next two years.

The new owners have no plans to change the name of the agency or make any immediate changes in personnel or accounts, Pierson said.
