Jim Rosenfield, co-anchor of WNBC Channel 4’s Live at Five in New York, will be master of ceremonies at the annual John A. Reisenbach Foundation Gala to be held tomorrow night at The Museum of Modern Art.

The foundation was started by the friends and colleagues of Reisenbach a year after his 1990 murder. Many ad and media executives serve on its board of directors.

Reisenbach, a 33-year-old vp of national advertising sales at All-American Television, was using a public telephone near his Greenwich Village home when he was murdered.

The foundation named for him has distributed more than $2 million in grants to causes such as Cab Watch, which equips cab drivers with 911-only cell phones to assist with emergency services; The John A.
