North Castle Partners has launched a pro bono campaign for Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Southwestern Connecticut that includes “defacing” bus shelters and transit posters to recruit matches for 150 kids on the organization’s waiting list.

Executions in Stamford, Conn., bus shelters and on buses initially appear to be public service announcements for various organizations with headlines such as “Help keep litter off the streets” and “Care about the rain forests.” Over the course of two weeks, however, the ads are marked by “graffiti” which converts the posters into a call for prospective bIg brothers and big sisters.
