LOS ANGELES Dentsu’s Colby & Partners has won media duties for Trinchero Family Estates’ Sutter Home Winery, the shop confirmed.

The Santa Monica, Calif., agency picked up the media planning and buying account without a review. The client in St. Helena, Calif., previously handled media in-house, where it continues to create its advertising.

Billings are approximately $2 million, the agency said. Trinchero spent $3 million on Sutter Home ads in 2002, and $1 million through August 2003, according to Nielsen Monitor-Plus.
