California Lottery Names Five Finalists

LOS ANGELES — The California State Lottery has named five finalists in the review for its advertising account, worth $100 million over the next four years, a lottery representative said.

Those shops include the incumbents, Grey in Los Angeles with MediaCom; as well as Butler, Shine & Stern in Sausalito, Calif.,which is pitching with Carat in Santa Monica, Calif.; DDB in Los Angeles; Foote, Cone & Belding in San Francisco; and TBWA\Chiat\Day in San Francisco, said lottery representative Rose Marie Laplante-Olvera.
