CMG to Support Rapp Collins Worldwide
BOSTON–Customer Management Group, a fledgling consulting firm in Boston, has formed a strategic alliance with Rapp Collins Worldwide, the direct marketing agency in New York owned by Omnicom Group.
CMG and Rapp Collins will work together on new business pitches and perhaps some retail clients, though specific plans have not been finalized, a Rapp Collins representative said.
The deal does not involve any change in ownership, the representative said. CMG and Rapp Collins currently share no clients, he added.
