KANSAS CITY, MO. – Blockbuster Video Corp. is expected to add a second agency this week to handle its $40 million global business now at Bernstein-Rein here. B-R is expected to retain a portion of the business. Sources say that D’Arcy Masius Benton & Bowles/St. Louis and Leo Burnett Co. are the lead contenders. Also pitching the business are Hal Riney & Parnters/S.F.; and Lintas:New York; and among others.
