Portland, Ore., may not be known as the center of the hip-hop scene, but if local shop Big Ads has its way, all of the City of Roses will be jammin’.
The agency welcomes newcomer radio station Jammin 95.5, a hip-hop outlet, with TV, outdoor and “underground” posters.
Sean Blixseth, president of Big Ads, said the May-through-August timing of the push is essential since “radio is really hot in the summer.”
