Gkv Communications has appointed Kevin Best vice president and account supervisor. He will manage the Baltimore agency’s Gardiners Furniture, Shoppers Food and Pharmacy and the Maryland Office of Tourism Development accounts. Previously, Best was account director at Neiman Group in Harrisburg, Pa. He has experience handling marketing initiatives for clients such as the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania’s Health, Insurance and Public Welfare Departments. Best’s resume also includes stops at shops including Eisner Communications in Baltimore and Doner’s former office in Boston.
