CHICAGO KeyCorp has consolidated creative and media planning duties on its $35 million advertising account at independent agency Cramer-Krasselt after a review, according to the shop.

The Chicago shop will work on branding, media planning, and Internet and traditional advertising. The business had previously been split between Cleveland independent agencies Northlich and GSW Worldwide. Omnicom Group’s PHD will handle media buying. Local marketing firm Adcom and direct marketing agency Epsilon are not affected by the change.
