Arnold Promotes Sotnik

Havas-owned Arnold in Boston has advanced Kelli Sotnik to vice president, management supervisor from management supervisor. She works mainly on the Citizens Bank business at the agency. Sotnik joined Arnold three years ago following stints with Wenham, Mass.-based Mullen, an Interpublic Group shop, and Foote Cone & Belding in New York, also a unit of IPG. She began her career with Ingalls Quinn & Johnson of Boston.
