BOSTON Michael Densmore has rejoined Havas' Arnold as chief talent officer, a new position.
Most recently at WPP Group's JWT as a senior partner and global business director, Densmore will now be based at Arnold's office in New York and oversee recruiting for its national network, including its headquarters in Boston and outpost in McLean, Va. He will also assist the New York office with new-business development.

In his new role, Densmore will report to Melissa Morgante, managing partner, director of human resources.
"We're going to develop a marketing strategy specifically geared to attracting great people and clients who understand what's required in developing innovative ideas that net positive results," said Densmore.
