Tocquigny Advertising, Interactive + Design has named Martin Dinstuhl senior interactive developer. In his new role at the Austin, Texas, shop, Dinstuhl will work on the Constellation NewEnergy account, among other projects. He previously served as senior integration consultant at local Pervasive Software. The agency has also hired Carolyn Hall and Caty Sung as media supervisor and financial analyst, respectively. Hall joins Tocquigny from SicolaMartin in Austin, where she worked as online media and marketing manager.
