America West Airlines is scheduled to announce on Tuesday whether Hal Riney & Partners here or Campbell Mithun Esty, Minneapolis, will handle all duties on its $20 million ad account, sources said.
DeWitt Helm, a partner at consultancy Achenbaum Bogda Associates in New York, which is conducting the review, declined comment, as did agency executives and the client.
The winning agency will be selected after the shops meet with members of the airline’s board in Phoenix, sources said.
