Loreyne Alicea has taken over as president of ViVa, the independent advertising and public relations agency said last week. She assumes the title from founder Linda Lane Gonzalez, who remains CEO. Alicea was formerly an svp at GrupoUno International in Coral Gables, Fla., where she oversaw account services. At ViVa in Dallas, she will run daily operations while Gonzalez focuses on strategic planning and creative development.
