Before Cynthia Nixon and Kristin Davis starred in Sex and the City, and even before they pitched for likes of Maybelline and 7Up, they were no strangers to commercials. Davis told Shoptalk at a 7Up Plus ad-launch party last week that she even appeared in ads for peanut butter and beer, despite not being a fan of either. “I had to make the money,” she explained. Nixon also has quite an ad résumé, having pitched Jello-O, Stove Top stuffing, Kodak, even the game Donkey Kong.
