‘Monica Who?’
While President Clinton was off in Martha’s Vineyard last week, resting his libido and doing some image rehab, our attention turned to the next obvious question: Does erstwhile White House intern Monica Lewinsky have a future as a commercial endorser?
The answer, according to a survey conducted by Eisner & Associates in Baltimore, is a resounding “No!”
“This seems to reflect the general mood of a public which is sick and tired of the whole issue,” said Eisner vice president of strategic planning David Blum.
According to the survey, 68 percent of 1,000 adults interviewed nixed the idea of Lewinsky pitching a product.
