DALLAS–Five Texas shops and a Laguna Hills, Calif., agency are the finalists for the $5 million advertising account of an eight-market Texas co-op of Subway Sandwiches and Salads franchises.

The finalists will make presentations on June 2-3, with a decision expected shortly thereafter, according to Ed Lively, the North Texas representative on an eight-member advertising board for the 600-plus store group.

The six advertising agencies invited to pitch are Hadeler Sullivan Ewing, Berry-Brown and PGC Advertising, all located in Dallas; Anderson Advertising of San Antonio; Houston-based Fogarty Klein & Partners and West Coast shop Townsend & O’Leary.
