WPP’s Young & Rubicam has won Weight Watchers International’s $45 million account, according to Boston consultancy Pile and Co., which guided the review. The search came down to Y&R and Omnicom’s TBWA\Chiat\Day, both New York, sources said. IPG’s Lowe in New York, the media incumbent, had been eliminated earlier, said sources. The creative incumbent, independent The Seiden Group in New York, did not participate.
