Burton-Campbell, at one time the heavyweight champion of the Atlanta advertising community, is seeking out alums 10 years after the agency’s name disappeared from the local landscape. The reason? A reunion, of course.
The agency sold out 10 years ago to Bethesda, Md.-based Earle Palmer Brown, which later closed its office in Atlanta.
Ron Scharbo, who ran Burton-Campbell in its heyday and now operates Scharbo & Co. in Atlanta, said he has been in touch with several former co-workers.
