NEW YORK WPP Group’s Wunderman has acquired Agenda, a digital direct marketing shop based in Hong Kong that also operates in Beijing, Singapore, Shanghai, Taipei and Kuala Lumpur.

The terms of the deal were not disclosed. In its last fiscal year, which ended June 30, 2007, the 260-person agency generated unaudited revenue of $9.2 million, according to a Wunderman representative.

Agenda will retain its name and management team and join a coterie of digital shops that Wunderman has acquired in the past year, including Blast Radius in Vancouver, Canada, These Days in Antwerp, Belgium, and Aqua Online in Johannesburg, South Africa.

“Agenda embraces a communications model that we know well as it applies to every channel we practice: listen, glean insights and engage people with exciting, relevant communications that motivate them to participate and take action,” said Wunderman worldwide CEO Daniel Morel, in a statement.
