Wieden Vet Joins Martin as Creative Chief

John Norman, a veteran of two stints at Wieden + Kennedy, is joining Interpublic Group’s The Martin Agency as chief creative officer.

At Martin in Richmond, Va., he will share the CCO title Mike Hughes, who also serves as president. That said, Norman will take on day-to-day control of the creative department.

Hughes in a statement praised Norman as “one of the most impressive young talents in our industry today.”

At independent Wieden in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, Norman worked on key assignments like Coca-Cola, Microsoft, Nike, EA, Heineken, Nokia and Honda.
