TV marketing pros form creative consortium

A group of international television marketing experts has formed The Television Group Internatioual, a group they said is the first international marketing, promotion and creative communications consortium for TV stations, cable services and program producers. Bob Klein, founder of Klein &/L.A. will chair the group, and Ray Jacobs, co-founder of Jacobs & Gerber, will serve as TGI's executive cd.
