Stacy Mackler has been appointed evp and chief marketing officer of Havas’ Euro RSCG Worldwide PR, reporting to president Marian Salzman. Mackler will oversee new business and help drive organic growth. The agency is also concurrently launching two initiatives that Mackler will lead: the Center for Account Management Excellence and SoMe Central, a branded think-tank designed to track social media trends for public relations professionals.
