Publicis Groupe has acquired Holler, a London digital marketing shop that specializes in branded entertainment, content creation and social media.
Publicis is not disclosing terms of the deal. Holler becomes part of the Leo Burnett Group in the U.K.
The Paris holding company has made the acquisition of digital companies like Holler a priority in line with Publicis Groupe’s goal of deriving 35 percent of its revenue from digital operations in the next three years, up from 28 percent now.
Holler works for clients like Channel 4, including E4’s Skins teen drama; U.K. commercial radio broadcaster Global Radio; Red Bull; and IT consultancy Logica.
The agency will continue to be run by managing partner James Kirkham, executive creative director Will Pyne and joint managing partner Simon Hankin.
