MSNBC.com has partnered with CrossMedia Services, an online provider of in-store sales and promotions services for retailers and manufacturers. Through the partnership, MSNBC.com will provide consumers with access to CrossMedia Services' information on local sales and promotions from more than 300 brand name stores.

MSNBC.com consumers will have access to local promotions through the MSNBC.com affiliate network and will be able to view promotional and sales information online before making a purchase in their local stores.

CrossMedia Services adapts retailers' print promotions into a format that is specifically designed for the Web. Local sales and promotional information is updated continually.
