Mini is reconsidering its relationship with Abby Wambach. The BMW-owned brand's decision follows the retired soccer star's arrest early Sunday in Portland, Ore., on charges of driving under the influence of intoxicants, or DUII.

"We're obviously concerned about the alleged DUII attributed to Abby Wambach," the brand said in a statement today. "This behavior is against the values we promote as an organization and the safety of everyone on the road is a priority here at Mini.
