BOSTON Independent travel, hospitality and lifestyle specialist ISM here has hired Kevin Nicholas as director of business development.
Nicholas most recently served as managing director of his own company, KN Consulting Group in London (the British capital itself ranks among his key clients). He has also held senior marketing posts at Holiday Inn and Hilton, among others.
