NEW YORK Grey Global Group has realigned its Grey Direct, Grey Interactive and G2 brand identity shops, among others, under the G2 banner, establishing a single P&L and streamlined reporting structure through Joe Celia, who becomes global chairman of the new entity.

All of the shops joining the G2 group are also being rebranded with that name.

Celia had been director of Grey Synchronized Partners, an affiliation of mainly marketing services shops in the U.S. and overseas.
