San FRANCISCO—Goodby, Silverstein & Partners said its new Web-based campaign for Goodyear is the most interactive advertising the agency has created.

The effort invites computer users to hitch a ride with racecar driver Derek Bell as he hurtles down a track, negotiating turns at 180 mph. The campaign is tied to the client’s high-performance tire, the Eagle F1.

Internet users who visit www.eaglef1.com find a Flash-based Web site with images of three different tracks and three different high-end vehicles.
