Back in high school, one of Tim Brunelle’s projects was to spend a day with a professional and write a paper about his or her career. His choice: Carmichael Lynch founder Lee Lynch.

Now Brunelle, a native Minnesotan, has come full circle. He’s joining the agency this week as executive creative director for interactive. In the new post, he’ll be one of three ecds at the shop—joining Jim Nelson and Andy Clarke—reporting to Peter McHugh, chief creative officer.
