SAN FRANCISCO Butler, Shine, Stern & Partners today won creative chores on BMW North America’s Mini Cooper account following a review, according to the client. Estimated billings are $25 million.

StrawberryFrog of New York made its final presentation on Monday at the client’s Woodcliff Lake, N.J., headquarters, followed by crosstown rival Mother on Tuesday morning. Butler, Shine of Sausalito, Calif., presented on Tuesday afternoon. All three shops are independently owned.

The agency’s mission, according to a statement issued by the client, is to “consolidate and secure that favorable market position while crafting unmistakable Mini communications and experiences required for long-term brand differentiation and sales growth.”
