BOSTON Beazer Homes has named independent Brunner to handle its advertising account without a review.

The assignment includes creative, media, digital, direct and promotional services. New online and offline work is slated to break in October.

The client spent about $5 million on ads through May and $12 million during all of 2007, per Nielsen Monitor-Plus.

Beazer marketing chief Kathi James said: “Brunner is a good fit for our culture, and they have the strong strategic and creative capabilities we need right now to build our brand and drive traffic to the communities where we’re building our homes.
