E*Trade Financial awarded its $60 million creative account last week to Omnicom’s BBDO, the client said. The New York shop had produced a fourth-quarter campaign for the client after a review that began last summer was deemed inconclusive. BBDO prevailed over IPG’s The Martin Agency in Richmond, Va., when one of its ideas tested best in focus groups, the client said. Additional creative work is expected to break this quarter.



Omnicom, Publicis Split Schering

New York Schering-Plough said last week it consolidated its global pharmaceutical advertising and marketing business at Omnicom and Publicis.
