ATLANTA Independent Memphis shop archer>malmo said it has acquired Ringger Interactive.

The acquisition more than doubles the size of archer>malmo’s interactive department, adding six people to the unit’s staff of five.

Paul Ringger, founder of Ringger Interactive, also in Memphis, Tenn., now is archer>malmo’s vice president of interactive services. Ringger and his staff will move into archer>malmo’s offices by the end of the month.

Ringger specializes in creating Web sites, e-mail newsletters and multimedia presentations and providing search engine optimization services.
