Syracuse & Harrisburg Newspapers Announce End of Daily Distribution
When we heard of The New Orleans Times-Picayune newspaper’s announcement this past spring about stopping its daily paper we didn’t know it would be a trend for its parent company, Newhouse Newspapers.
According to The New York Times, Newhouse indicated daily distribution of two of its titles, The Post-Standard in Syracuse, N.Y. and The Patriot-News in Harrisburg, Pa. will officially cease this coming January.
Although daily distribution will end, they will continue to have printed newspapers three days a week.
