Franklin Avenue reports on a grassroots movement– apparently based in an office building in Encino full of personal injury lawyers– to raise the $15,000 sponsorship fee for a Hollywood Walk of Fame star for Rodney Bingenheimer. As the Rodney on the Walk website puts it:
We are spearheading an effort to have Rodney Bingenheimer inducted into the Hollywood Walk of Fame. As most of you know, his contribution goes much further than simply being a DJ at KROQ.
