Hot Property Breaks New Ground
The LAT Hot Property column had a special moment yesterday when it included an actual interview with one of its featured notable homebuyers, writer/comedienne Carol Leifer. Leifer had this to say about her purchase of a $1.2 million 2,100-square-foot home (“a little jewel”) right next to her own 2,600-footer in the Hollywood Hills:
“I’m not sure,” she said when asked how she’ll use the smaller house. “Maybe I’ll use it for family who visit. Maybe I’ll rent it out.”
