You likely remember hearing about CNET editor James Kim, who died trying to save his family in the Oregon mountains last month. But you might not know that his wife Kati owns two fabulous stores in San Francisco, Doe and Church Street Apothecary, which are known throughout the city for supporting local designers and artists.

The Kim Family Auction features art and craft items donated in the hopes of raising funds for Kati Kim and her two young daughters.
